The unique half-cut "hoop" shape stud earrings that sit nicely on the earlobes. Handcrafted by Japanese artist Mr. Yasushi Jona of Jona in Tokyo, the earrings are made with sterling silver 925 finished with gold leaf.
The post thickness is 0.75mm, thinner than other posts used in Jona earrings.
Each pair comes in a black lidded box shown in the last image.

Measurements: approx. 18mm x 4mm (the head), stud is approximately 1.3cm long and 0.75mm thick.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Jona creates the most poetic pieces of jewelry carefully crafted to give the impression that they were "discovered from being buried in the sand for decades". Being contemporary yet having a kind of vintage look, coarse texture will gradually change the look as time passes by which is what the designer hopes for the wearers to enjoy.
