European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request using the Withdrawal Request form available on our website.
You will be asked to provide:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A statement confirming your decision to withdraw from the purchase
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Due to the nature of the handmade works offered by UGUiSU, some items are produced specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for withdrawal rights. This may include:
- Commissioned works
- Personalized or customized items
- Made-to-order items
- Items offered through special-order or limited-order events, including certain pre-order events where production begins specifically for the customer after the order is placed
Where an exemption applies, it will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated during the ordering process.
Returns
If you exercise a valid right of withdrawal after your order has been dispatched, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the goods until they are safely received by us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process any refund due without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
