Takazawa Candle

Established in 1892 in the port city of Nanao, Ishikawa Prefecture, Takazawa Candle has been producing traditional Japanese candles for over a century.

Their historical storefront, dating back to the Meiji Era, was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake on New Year’s Day 2024. While working to rebuild, they continue production at other facilities and operate from a temporary shop.

To support recovery efforts, we are donating a portion of proceeds from Takazawa Candle sales to the Noto Peninsula earthquake relief.
