Beautiful letter sets featuring ancient maps of Tokyo from the Edo period, recreated as elegant writing papers and envelopes. The maps date back to the early 1800s—around the time when the renowned washi dealer HAIBARA was founded in 1806—and depict the area surrounding their historic store in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
Each sheet is made from Haibara’s original high-quality paper, with delicate lines for writing and charming illustrations of Edo-period figures.
Each set includes 8 sheets of letter paper and 4 envelopes.
Choose from two versions featuring maps from 1828 or 1843.
