This Kumihimo necklace beautifully blends Japanese tradition with contemporary design. Meticulously handcrafted by Tokyo-based artist Noriko Yuki, it is made using fine hand-dyed silk braiding cord with exceptional attention to detail.

The long cord is created with unique brown and ivory silk patterns through an intricate, time-consuming braiding process that requires a high level of craftsmanship. Glass beads are artfully arranged to complement the design, while a green tassel with a purple braided base, accented by a single brass bead, adds a refined finishing touch—together forming a truly timeless piece of jewelry.
