Fine Teeth Bamboo Scraper

This bamboo scraper with fine teeth is also called Yakumi-yose (tool to gather seasonings), and is an essential/convenient tool for graters. The fine bamboo teeth scrape off the grated/ ground ingredients effectively, such as ginger, garlic, wasabi, and citrus rind. It is also often used for sprinkling grated citrus rind (yuzu or kabosu) to add a finishing touch to a dish. 

Pale green silk cord (changed from red) is attached for hanging.

Use together with Japanese Copper Graters.
