Japan Post shipments to the U.S. (delivered via USPS) remain suspended.

UPS shipping also became temporarily unavailable as of October 3.
→ At this time, we unfortunately have no available option to ship to the U.S. We are actively working on arranging an alternative carrier, and once service becomes available, we will promptly resume shipping to the U.S.If you’d still like to place your order for later shipment, please email us and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. Kindly note that the delivery timeframe is currently a little uncertain.
Gift orders are welcome for your loved ones overseas—we’ll happily ship directly to them on your behalf.
CANADA

Japan Post shipments to Canada are suspended due to the ongoing Canada Post strike.

In the meantime, all orders to Canada will be shipped via UPS until Japan Post resumes service.
