HOLIDAY ORDER DELIVERY (December 2021)

ORDERS WITH UPS SHIPPING OPTION ARE SHIPPED EVERYDAY!

International parcels have been arriving to our customers around the globe fairly smoothly in the past few months, however since the number of international flights are still limited and there can be unexpected changes and delays in the time of these uncertain times we can not guarantee delivery time for all shipping options and to all destinations. 

For the USA, parcels seem to be arriving quite quickly both via EMS and UPS especially to the major cities, but we strongly recommend you place your orders as early as you can (preferably before December 5) to raise the chance of smooth delivery before Christmas.

For UK and Europe, make sure you select EMS shipping option for faster delivery. Parcels are going quite smoothly but we can not guarantee delivery times.

For Australia, now that Japan Post/Australia Post services are not available again we are shipping with UPS - there have been delays and it can take 10-15 business days, possibly longer.

For Canada, no trackable shipping options are available at this time with Japan Post. Delivery is not guaranteed, but if you would still like to order please get in touch with us to arrange delivery without tracking.
