IN STOCK ITEMS
These items will be shipped within one week.
In-stock items include Baskets, Canisters, Hand Mirrors & Spoons, Wall Hooks, and Jewelry Stand.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
PRE-ORDER ITEMS are made to order and will be shipped in APRIL 2024.
Pre-order items include Lamps, Wall Clocks, Desk Clocks, Rabbit Wall Mirror and Towel Rail.
When the number of total orders in the PRE-ORDER collection reaches the maximum number of orders we can accept for this year, we may close accepting pre-orders even before the end of the sales period.

Since the number of pieces offered is limited, we kindly ask each customer to purchase up to the following numbers of items so that as many customers as possible who wish to purchase their pieces can have the chance to do so :

*EACH PIECE IS LIMITED TO ONE PER CUSTOMER
(eg. You can not purchase 2 whale lamps, or 2 brown bear clocks. It is fine to purchase 1 "brown bear clock" and 1 "lord of the forest clock".)

ABOUT SHIPPING
WHERE WE SHIP TO:
Everything ships from Japan to most countries worldwide except Japan or China where KIYATA holds exhibitions regularly - we kindly ask those who live in these countries to try to visit their exhibitions and make their purchases in person.
*We do ship to Hong Kong and Taiwan.
*We are unable to ship to some countries where trackable shipping is temporarily unavailable due to the current world's situation.
*We do not ship to third-party freight forwarders.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is calculated by weight and volume of the package. All items will be shipped via UPS or EMS (Japan Post) with full tracking.
*Remote/Extended area delivery charge will be added and invoiced if it applies by the rule set by UPS.
*When multiple items are purchased in one order, we may ship them together or separately depending on which items are purchased together making sure that each item will be well protected.
IMPORT TAX/CUSTOM CHARGES
Customs duty and fee will be required to pay upon delivery, for orders over $800 for the US and Australia.
Customs duty and fee and VAT will be charged for most packages in the EU countries, as well as in the UK, Canada, Singapore, and so on.
This will be responsible of customers not Uguisu's. If you refuse to pay this fee and the package gets returned to us we will only be able to refund the amount for the item as shipping is non-refundable. If there will be return shipping fee is to be required we will deduct this amount from the item cost when processing a refund.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
For In-Stock items we will prepare each shipment accordingly. Please allow some extra time before we can dispatch your order during the time of the KIYATA online exhibition.
PAYMENT OPTION
For the KIYATA Sale we accept credit card payment via Stripe. All orders are processed in USD.
ORDERING KIYATA ITEMS TOGETHER WITH OTEHR ITEMS FROM UGUISU COLLECTION
If you purchase any in stock KIYATA items together with other Uguisu items that can be shipped together with no extra cost, we will make the adjustment and process partial shipping refund.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PARCEL FORWARDERS
We are unable to ship any order to a parcel forwarder companies.
OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS
HANDMADE PRODUTS:
Please, keep in mind that wood is a unique, natural material and all these KIYATA's products are handmade, so you can expect some difference from the images shown and all measurements are approximate and the actual item you will receive may be slightly different.
All KIYATA wooden handcrafted pieces are hand carved from wood that is walnut, most pieces are painted and finished with polymer wood coating and oil. These are all carefully made with love in KIYATA's studio just outside of Tokyo by a small wonderful team.
