KIYATA Limited Orders 2026 offers a rare opportunity to order KIYATA’s beautifully handcrafted pieces, available for international customers during this limited period. As special conditions apply to this event, we kindly ask you to read the following information carefully before placing your order. Thank you so much!

This once-a-year opportunity to order KIYATA’s beautifully handcrafted pieces will be available through the end of September 2026, or until pre-order capacity is reached or in-stock items sell out.

● TWO WAYS TO ORDER KIYATA PIECES

There are two types of items available during KIYATA LIMITED ORDER 2026: IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER.

 IN STOCK ITEMS 
These items are ready to ship and will be shipped in about one week of purchase.

In-stock items include Baskets and small items such as Brooches, Card & Pen Holders, Wall Hooks and Fridge Magnets.

In-stock items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.


 PRE-ORDER ITEMS 

Made to order ·Ships  APRIL 2027. 

Pre-order items include Lamps, Wall Clocks, Desk Clocks, Wall Mirrors and Towel Rail. / 

Please note that there is a maximum number of orders KIYATA can accept for each item. Once the limit is reached, we may close orders for that item before the end of the sales period.

However, each year the pre-orders remain available for at least the first few days, and sometimes much longer, so there’s no need to rush -please take your time and place your order at your convenience.

Shipping to the USA

We are now able to ship both PRE-ORDER and IN-STOCK items to the USA.

Prices shown for U.S. customers include all applicable import duties and fees. When you enter a U.S. shipping address at checkout, the prices displayed will include these charges, so no additional import duties, taxes, or fees will be required upon delivery.

Shipping to other countries

For shipments to countries outside the USA, the prices shown on our website do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

Any taxes, customs duties, or other import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to your local customs authorities or delivery carrier upon import.

Please note that the amount and conditions of these charges vary by country.

Important Information for KIYATA Orders
There are specific conditions for purchasing KIYATA’s works. We kindly ask each customer to read and agree to these conditions before placing an order.

PURCHASE LIMITS

To ensure that as many people as possible have the chance to own a KIYATA piece, we ask customers to adhere to the following limits:

• Up to 2 Pre-Order pieces*
• Up to 6 In-Stock pieces*

*PRE-ORDER LIMIT

Each pre-order piece is limited to one per customer.
For example, you cannot purchase 2 Whale Lamps, but you can purchase 1 Whale Lamp and 1 Cat Lamp.


**IN-STOCK LIMIT

Baskets are limited to 1 basket per customer, regardless of the design.

Shipping Information

• In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase.

• Pre-order items will be shipped at the end of April 2027.

Please note: Orders exceeding these limits may be canceled.



 ABOUT CEILING LAMPS 

All KIYATA lamps are made to Japanese standards but can be safely used in other countries without a voltage converter if installed by a professional electrician and used with an LED bulb of the recommended base and wattage.

• The lamp comes with a cord without a plug and requires manual ceiling connection. Installation must be done by a professional electrician.
  Important: This design has changed from previously sold lamps. The cord no longer includes a plug at the end, making it easier to install for use outside Japan.
  

• Use an LED bulb (E17 base or equivalent, max 25W).

• Depending on your country’s electrical standards, a bulb socket adapter may be required. For example, an E17 Base to E14 Base Socket Adapter.

  E14 sockets: commonly used in Europe, UK, Australia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
  U.S. sockets: typically E12 or E26

  *E17-to-E14 or E17-to-E12/E26 adapters can be found at local hardware or lighting stores.

• If you’d like a longer cord length, we can arrange it for you with a small additional cost. Please leave a note at checkout or email us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 ABOUT SHIPPING 

WHERE WE SHIP TO:
All items ship from Japan to most countries worldwide, except Japan and China, where KIYATA regularly holds exhibitions. Customers in these countries are kindly asked to visit the exhibitions to make purchases in person.

*We do ship to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

*We do not ship to third-party freight forwarders.
Orders with a shipping address set to a forwarder may be canceled.



 SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the package. Most items are shipped via EMS (Japan Post) with full tracking.

Smaller items may be shipped via Economy International Mail unless you request EMS shipping.

When multiple items are purchased in a single order, we may ship them together or separately, depending on the items, to ensure that each piece is well protected during transit. Additional shipping fees may apply if separate shipments are required.


 CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These fees are collected by your country’s government through the shipping carrier. Please note that UGUiSU cannot cover these costs, and they must be paid by the customer.

Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer, not UGUISU. If you refuse to pay this fee and the package is returned to us, we will only be able to refund the cost of the item, as shipping fees are non-refundable. If there are return shipping fees incurred, this amount will be deducted from the item cost when processing the refund.


 ORDER PROCESSING TIME 

• In-Stock Items: Each order will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 weeks of purchase.

• Pre-Order Items: Orders will be shipped at the end of April 2027.

 PAYMENT OPTION

For the KIYATA Limited Orders 2027, we accept credit card payments.

 FINAL SALE POLICY 

We’re sorry, but cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not available for KIYATA LIMITED ORDERS due to their made-to-order nature.
