IFUJI

IFUJI is a Japanese woodcraft brand and studio founded by designer and craftsman Masashi Ifuji in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture.

Since 2005, Mr. Ifuji has been crafting classic oval boxes, also known as pantry boxes, using the original templates and traditional techniques developed by The Shakers in the 19th century. Each box is meticulously handmade through a time-honored process: the wood is boiled, shaped, and dried in a mold for two days, ensuring every piece is unique and rich in character.
