This listing is for a spoon made from Japanese Yoshino Cherry, sourced from the Yoshino region of Nara, renowned for its beautiful color and natural luster. Dark grain around the bowl adds a unique design element to each piece.

Handcrafted by Ibuki Kaiyama, who envisions a sustainable relationship with the forest, each spoon is shaped so that the natural distortions and knots of the branch become part of the design. Every piece is truly one of a kind, celebrating the harmony between nature’s beauty and the hand of the maker.
