DELIVERY DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON (FOR 2018)
MONDAY 10TH DECEMBER IS THE LAST DAY WITH EMS SHIPPING FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS TO US, AUSTRALIA AND SINGAPORE*
If you would like to receive your order before 25 December, please place your order before 10 December AND select EMS shipping option. We do not guarantee delivery before a certain date when Registered Airmail or SAL Economy Airmail shipping options are selected during the holiday season.
*Delivery times may take longer in the remote areas, and there may be custom delays.
*Deliveries to Europe tend to take longer with custom delays so we no longer guarantee delivery times for countries in Europe during this time.
*If a delivery attempt has been made while no one is available to receive the package, you will need to arrange re-delivery and this would not be counted in the delivery time. You can check the tracking status online, your tracking number will be in the shipping confirmation email.

During the holiday season all international delivery times may take longer than usual. Every year many packages arrive with not much delays during this time (saying this from having been through the past 8 holiday seasons with UGUISU) but some packages do take a lot longer than expected so especially if stopped at custom. So we always try to encourage our customers to choose faster shipping options and also to place their holiday orders with some time allowance so their orders will arrive before Christmas!
SAL economy shipping is no longer guaranteed to arrive before 24 December.
To use Registered Airmail shipping option place your order before 26 November, after 27 November we do not guarantee orders to arrive before Christmas unless you select EMS shipping option.
EMS would be the best option during this time although it costs a lot more than the other options, however orders placed after 10th December are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas regardless of shipping method you choose. (Again, most EMS packages arrive in 5-7 days even after this, it is just that we can not promise!)
If you have friends and family living in different cities/countries we can send your gifts directly to them from Tokyo too. Just give us the shipping address separate from billing address, if you would like to include a gift message let us know in the special instructions box upon checkout!
