UPDATES ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (updated 8 September)
UPDATE: 8 September, 2020
Airmail & EMS postal services to the USA and Australia still remain suspended but we are shipping with Yamato Transport (delivery time is about 1 week) and Sea/Surface Mail with Japan Post (delivery time is about 2 months).
Japan Post does not provide any estimate on how much longer it will be before shipments return to normal so we recommend placing holiday orders now using Sea/Surface Mail option so that you will receive your items before December.

UPDATE: 30 June, 2020
Shipments to ITALY, SWITZERLAND, and NEW ZEALAND will resume from 1 July and we are now accepting orders to ship to these countries.

UPDATE: 18 June, 2020
Japan Post announced today that the shipments to the following countries will resume from 19 June and so now we are able to take orders from our customers from these countries again:
Estonia, Austria, Croatia, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Czechia, Denmark, Norway, Hungary, Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg.

UPDATE: 5 May, 2020
We are still accepting orders but there has been significant delays in deliveries to most destinations and shipments to many countries are temporarily suspended with Japan Post due to the reduced number of flights and reduced number of people working in the postal services around the world.
We are currently shipping to Canada, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Singapore by Air, and to the US and Australia we ship by Sea/Surface Mail (estimated deivery time is 2-3 months) and now also with Yamato Transport since EMS and Airmail services are suspended.
Please get in touch with us if you wish to have your order shipped later when the EMS service to the US will resume as we are happy to hold your order until then.
Alternatively we are still able to send packages with Fedex which still is available for US with about 1 week delivery time though the cost will be much higher, if you wish to have your order delivered in 1-2 weeks and do not mind the shipping cost please get in touch with us at hello@uguisustore.com and we will arrange a special delivery for you.

Sea/Surface Mail will take much longer to arrive (2-3 months) but postage is much more reasonable, so if you are happy to wait we welcome orders and really appreciate your kind support during these difficult times.
If you live in the country where there is no shipping available, we are happy to reserve your order and ship as soon as shipments to your country resume so please get in touch with us!
