Unfortunately, since March, Japan Post suspended some or all of their international services to many countries due to Covid-19 and currently shipping options may be affected.

USA

Currently available shipping options are:

- Yamato Transport Courier Service / UPS (1-2 weeks, starts from $28)
- International Parcel by Sea/Surface Japan Post / USPS (Delivery can take about 3 months, starts from $18)

Make sure you select Yamato Transport if you do not want to wait for 3 months.

AUSTRALIA

Currently available shipping options are:

- Yamato Transport Courier Service  (1-3 weeks, starts from $28)
- International Parcel by Sea/Surface Japan Post / AUSTRALIA POST (Delivery can take about 2 months or longer, starts from $18)

Make sure you select Yamato Transport if you do not want to wait for 2 months.

CANADA & SINGAPORE

EMS and Registered Airmail services are available but delivery times may take longer than usual.

UK and EU

Deliveries for the UK and most of the EU countries we normally ship to are back to almost normal. But delivery times may take longer than usual especially with the changes to be made by each government.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the following countries as Japan Post services are suspended. 

- Ireland
- Argentina
- Israel
- Greece
- Columbia
- Saudi Arabia
- Brazil
- Malaysia
- Russia

*Above are countries we normally ship to and there are more countries we are unable to ship to at the moment. Please get in touch with us to check if deliveries are available to your country or not.
