• Cord with outlet is included which is to be manually connected via ceiling plug. You may need to use an adopter or have it refitted by electrician for your setting in your country.
  Light bulb is not included. Use LED bulb (E17, max25W) which is made for use in your country. Use bulb adopter if E17 is not available in your region.

• Please, keep in mind that wood is a unique, natural material and all these KIYATA's products are handmade, so you can expect small variations.
  
  

• A weight is embedded near the tail fin on the underside of the Whale Lamp to maintain balance. As a result, this section is cut out in a small, rounded shape, which may appear uneven as shown in the photos. However, this is part of the original design, so please be aware of this before making your purchase.
  
  
• For USA customs & duty plus fee will be collected upon delivery for order items total over $800, and for all purchases imported to EU.
  Each country has different amount set for this so please make sure you check how it is set for your country.

Returns Policy

We will only provide a refund in the event of damaged or defective items that we cannot replace. If you wish to return or exchange an item you must first contact us within 7 days of arrival by email at hello [at] uguisustore.com

Pre-ordered or Backordered items, sale or discounted items can not be returned.

We will not be able to accept return or exchange of items if contacted after 7 days of arrival, so please make sure to open the package and check the contents as soon as the package arrives.

All customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as duties on all returned items. We can not refund shipping if the package has already been shipped.

When the package for your order gets returned to us after no re-delivery is arranged when you needed to, we can resend you the package but you will need to pay for the postage again. If you choose to cancel the items, we can refund the amount for the purchased items but not the postage as it has already been shipped and is totally non-refundable.
