Kiyata Cotton Tenugui Towel

The new Kiyata tenugui features an enchanting design with all the beloved animals that are intricately carved into Kiyata's wooden products. A tenugui is a traditional Japanese hand towel made from lightweight cotton fabric, typically measuring around 35 x 90 cm (13.5 x 35.5 inches).

Used for centuries in Japan, it serves multiple purposes—from drying hands and wrapping gifts to being a decorative accent or even a headband. Unlike thicker towels, tenugui has no terrycloth texture, making it quick-drying, lightweight, and versatile.
