Patchwork Drawstring Shoulder Bag [B]

This patchwork drawstring shoulder bag brings together sashiko stitching and a variety of vintage Japanese textiles, carefully handmade by ITOTSUZURI.

The bag features a long cord, allowing it to be worn comfortably over the shoulder. The sashiko motif is masu-zashi, applied to the central panel on each side—one in white thread, and the other in indigo-dyed blue over a vintage textile pattern.

Each side has a different look, allowing for two ways to enjoy it.

The drawstring cord is made from the bark of the shina tree, while the shoulder strap is crafted from a repurposed indigo-dyed judo belt, showing traces of its previous use.
