Decorated Letters Greeting Pochibukuro Mini Envelopes
Since the ancient times in Japan, we have incorporated seasons into our lifestyles by making motifs and shapes that are created from nature into patterns then transfer them onto kimono textiles and other items that we use in daily life.
Mika Yamada is an artist who creates these patterns combined with Japanese letters Kanji and produce many unique works of art called Aya-Moji (literally translate to decorated letters).
UGUiSU is very honored to be introducing these pochibukuro mini envelopes with Mika Yamada's beautiful artworks of decorated letters combined with Haibara's traditional patterns all hand printed using Japanese wood block print onto quality washi paper envelopes, which were created in limited quantities celebrating the Tokyo's over two century old long-established stationery company HAIBARA's 3rd anniversary for their shop reopening in a new building.
There are 3 designs available and each pack includes 2 of the same designs.
1. 祝 - SHUKU or IWAI - "Congratulations"
2. 感謝 - KANSHA - "Thanks" "Gratitude"
3. 御礼 - OREI - "Thanking"
