Lightweight cotton gauze scarves dyed with natural indigo (aizome) and persimmon tannin (kakishibu), showcasing a beautiful blend of hues and gentle gradient transitions where the two colors meet.
Each scarf features its own unique shibori dye pattern, choose from [A] Aizome + Kakishibu Ripple , [B] Aizome + Kakishibu Vertical Fade, and [C] Aizome Vertical Shibori. *[C] is Aizome only and no kakishibu is used
The airy cotton gauze makes these scarves perfect for year-round use - light enough to wrap comfortably around your neck and versatile enough to wear as a headscarf.
Beautifully and organically hand-dyed using only plant-based materials by textile artist and dyer Yuko Takizawa in Mashiko.
